TrackingI recently bought something from this company and I gotta say, it was not a great experience. So I ordered a bunch of stuff, but it never showed up even though the tracking said it was delivered. I reached out to the company to ask what was up with my missing package, and the answer they gave me was pretty disappointing. They basically said it was my problem to deal with the shipping company and didn't offer any help to sort things out. I tried filing a claim with the shipping company like they said, but I was told that Honest Company had to handle it. When I told Honest Company about this, they said they would take care of it, but nothing happened. I didn't get a refund or my stuff, and I was left super disappointed with their service.
