The lamp I ordered was supposed to be a sleek silver, perfect for my modern living room decor. But when it arrived, it was a gaudy bright gold that clashed horribly with everything in my home. Not only was this false advertising, but when I tried to talk to customer service, they said I had to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back. After weeks of going back and forth with their help line, they took HomeSquare's side, leaving me feeling frustrated and let down. I definitely won't be shopping at that store again.

I just bought a dining table from HomeSquare, eh, and the color wasn't what I expected at all! The table was way lighter than the walnut color I saw in the photos and description. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong item not once, but twice, bud. Dealing with their customer service to try and return it was a real pain, they don't cover return shipping and have a bunch of rules and restrictions for returns. I'd definitely suggest steering clear of HomeSquare and finding a more trustworthy furniture company, eh.

I bought a sofa from this store and it was awful! It broke after just a few weeks and they wouldn't give me my money back. The customer service was so rude and not helpful at all. I am never going to shop there again.

I recently ordered from this company, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The shipment was late, and even when they said they'd give me a discount for all the trouble, they just went ahead and canceled my order out of the blue. And to top it off, they ended up sending me the wrong furniture altogether. They said they'd give me a 20% discount as an apology, and I accepted, but surprise surprise, I never got that discount. When I complained to Walmart about all this, they said they'd give me a full refund. But guess what? Turns out Walmart never even talked to Homesquare about it. Bottom line, I would strongly recommend you stay away from ordering from this company because my whole experience was full of lies and broken promises.
