CommunicationI had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I ordered a product and never got any confirmation of shipping, ya know. They didn't bother to communicate with me at all, and when I tried to get help, I heard crickets. It's frustrating to fork out money for something and then get ghosted, ya know what I mean?

But after waiting weeks, I found out there was a backlog and my delivery would be late. The store's lack of communication and transparency was frustrating and unprofessional.
