CommunicationI bought a sauna blanket from this company not long ago, but it ended up being defective, eh. I tried contacting them through email and social media, but they never got back to me, which was super disappointing, ya know. They had promised to be responsive when I bought the blanket, so this lack of communication wasn't cool. My overall experience with this company was pretty bad, so I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else, eh.
