Returns & RefundsI had such a bad time trying to return my perfume. I tried everything I could to reach out to customer service, but I couldn't find a phone number to talk about my problem. It made me so annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer. The customer service I did get was terrible, and in the end, I was just left feeling unsatisfied with everything.

Returns & RefundsI bought some perfume from this company and it was awful. It made me sick and the customer service was horrible when I tried to return it. I had to pay for the shipping myself, which other companies usually cover. I sent the perfume back and waited for a month, but they kept saying they didn't get it even though the tracking said they did. I had to get my credit card company involved to finally get my refund. This whole thing really turned me off and I won't be buying from them again.
