ProductI ordered a travel-sized Smyth two weeks ago and tried to cancel the order shortly after, as I changed my mind. Despite sending three emails to customer service, I received no response. The order still shows as processing, leaving me unsure of its status. When I finally received the product, it appeared to have leaked out or was previously used, with a quarter of it gone. I wish there was a phone number available for customer service assistance, as the lack of communication was frustrating. This experience has left me hesitant to order again from this website.
