Hearing aids

These hearing aids have been amazing for me. I can finally hear things that I haven't been able to hear in a while, like the quiet voices of my grandkids. JC, my online helper, was super helpful when I had some trouble with the sound. He showed me how to change the wax guards, and that fixed everything. I was a bit nervous about doing everything online, even the hearing test, but it all went well and I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

Appointment mix-up and billing issue

I had a really bad experience with this company. I was supposed to have an appointment on a day when the doctor wasn't even there, which was a total waste of my time and caused a lot of problems. I had to cancel everything, and now the credit company keeps bugging me about paying for services and equipment that I never got. Dealing with their incompetence and not following through is so frustrating.

The audiologist was so great in helping me get the best settings for my new hearing aids. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the changes. I really appreciated their patience and how knowledgeable they were. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Recent hearing aid purchase

I recently got a hearing aid from a pro named Brittany Lambreth at a company that specializes in hearing stuff. Before Brittany, I tried two other hearing aids with no luck. But Brittany really knew her stuff and helped me find the right product and set me up with a good audiologist in my area. She took the time to explain things well and make sure I felt good about my choice. Her support has been great, and I really appreciate all the help she's given me. The whole team at the company has been awesome too. Thanks to them, my audiologist Lindsey Bush, and the Signia hearing aids, I can hear so much better now. I'm so grateful for Hear.com's help and would totally recommend them to anyone who needs hearing solutions.

I just got new hearing aids and they're really awesome! This guy named Russ helped me out at first and he was so cool, smart, and nice. Then I talked to some other people like Rosemary who were also really nice. They were all really good at their jobs and helped me so much. I can't afford the hearing aids right now, but they're really great and everyone recommended them.

Remote audiologist appointment

I was so happy with how easy it was to have my audiologist appointment online. I didn't need to stress about getting to a clinic because they sent everything to my house. The audiologist I talked to on Zoom was super nice and did a great job explaining my hearing situation. It all went really well and I was really happy with the service I got.

My new hearing aids

My experience getting my new hearing aids was awesome! The audiologist was so patient and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. They gave me this neat "office in a box" with all the things I needed for my exam. And the best part was that my new hearing aids were in there too! Throughout the 45-day trial period, they were always available to address any questions or worries I had. It was such a fantastic experience!

Hearing aids for word recognition

The hearing aids I bought just weren't cutting it anymore. I was having trouble following conversations and missing important words. So, I saw an ad for an open house at a hearing aid store and figured why not give it a shot. I ordered a kit for a hearing test and got to meet with Dr. Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids to fit my needs and did a word recognition test. He figured out what was going on and gave me a list of words to practice for 15 minutes every day. Thanks to the personalized care I got, my word recognition has gotten a lot better. Big shoutout to the whole team at the store for all their help and support. Much appreciated!

I recently bought a pair of hearing aids from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with the help and info that the staff provided. The close contact and links given by the support team were super useful in helping me pick the right hearing aids for me. The graphics they gave me made it easier to understand how the tech works and how it can help me in my daily life. I really liked the detailed info on how to take care of my new hearing aids, since I didn't know much about it before. I also thought the info on Bluetooth tech was cool and it made me want to learn more about how it can make my hearing better. Overall, I felt like the support staff actually cared about me and my needs and they did everything to make sure I was well-informed and happy with my purchase.

I gotta say, I was pretty skeptical when I first saw an ad for an "online" hearing aid. I mean, how could that even work, you know? But, I figured I'd give it a try anyways, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The service I got was amazing, and the hearing aid itself turned out to be really good. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone who needs a hearing aid.

I bought some hearing aids from Hear and the sales process was great - really smooth. They were really quick to respond to issues when I was trying them out during the trial period. But once the trial ended, the customer service was absolutely terrible. My devices haven't been working for over 2 weeks now, and I haven't been able to get any help or call backs from them. I really regret using this company.
