Returns & Refundsat the office, on walks with the dog, and while bingeing shows so I don't ask the same question ten times. Sound is clear, battery life decent, and my partner jokes I now hear the kettle before it screams. The only real sour note was the return/box debacle: I packed everything, handed it to the US UPS driver, and then got letters claiming a tablet was missing and threatening legal action. I don't have it, I told them, but two letters later I'm still stressed. Hoping someone fixes that — otherwise, I'm happy with the product and the overall company; their support team could be nicer, though.
