Returns & RefundsI had a really bad time trying to return something I bought online. I got a faulty item on sale, but when I tried to return it, they said no because it was on sale. On top of that, they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, which cost a lot of money. So basically, I ended up paying for taxes, duties, shipping, and return shipping for this faulty item that I couldn't even get a refund on. It was a big waste of time and money, and I'm so frustrated with their customer service. Next time, I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else where they treat customers better.

Returns & RefundsMan, that company's return process was just awful. You gotta pay for shipping all the way to Hong Kong, and even the good couriers can't get it there. They had to schedule pick-up but it never happened. The return form on the website might be okay, but that 'help' email they give you either doesn't do anything or they just ignore you. The customer support and advice they gave during this mess was absolutely useless.

Returns & RefundsI picked up these blue shoes from an online shop, but it was a total mess, you know? The person I spoke to on the phone was useless and just made me more frustrated! The shoe box indicated size 10 for women and size 8 for men, but the website showed something totally different. Can you believe it? I ended up with the wrong size! And on top of it all, it was a final sale, so I couldn't even return it. They should have been more clear about that on the site. So irritating! I'm definitely not going back there. Save your cash, folks!

Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of black leather boots from an online store not too long ago. At first, I was happy with how good they looked and how easy it was to order them. But when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I tried to reach out to the customer service for help, but I couldn't find any contact info on the site at first. When I finally found it, there was no mention of free returns, so I had to pay extra to send them back. On top of that, it took weeks to get my money back and they kept making excuses for the delay. All in all, dealing with this company was a letdown and their customer service was seriously lacking.

Returns & RefundsSo, like I placed this huge order for over 2000 bucks, right? But when the stuff arrived, it was like in terrible shape and didn't even fit properly. And then to make things worse, returning it has been a nightmare. It's been over three weeks since I dropped it off at FedEx and still no refund! I've been emailing customer service non-stop but no one is helping me out. The way they handle returns is sketchy and it's seriously affecting how happy I am with this whole purchase.

I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to sort out a return, but it's been a struggle. I've sent a bunch of emails to the help desk, but didn't hear back at all until I realized their responses were getting lost in my spam folder. It's been really irritating because all I want to do is get a prepaid shipping label for the return without having to pay for it myself. The product got here fast, but the follow-up hasn't been great.
