HBX - Reviews and experiences

My time with HBX wasn't great. I bought some shoes, clothes, and accessories but when my order came, I found one pair of shoes had marks inside, another pair stank and felt gross, and two boxes were messed up from bad packaging. I told HBX about it, but they said I couldn't return the messed-up stuff, so I had to keep them. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't want to help fix the problems. I'd suggest avoiding this store - you can find similar stuff elsewhere with better service and return options.

Eh, so I've bought stuff on this website a few times now, and it's been a bummer every time. Like, the straps on one bag snapped on the first day, a carabiner on another bag was busted wide open, and a phone case fell apart in less than a month. And get this, even though these things are from different brands, they all seem to have the same problem of being crappy quality and not lasting long. And what really grinds my gears is that you can't even get a refund or return anything, so you're just stuck with junk.

I just scored the most awesome bag ever! It was sold out everywhere else, but I found it here and I'm thrilled about it! It arrived in just a week and matched the description perfectly. The packaging was really nice and secure too. I definitely plan on shopping for more stuff here in the future!

I bought a Kanken Backpack from this store not too long ago, and I was super disappointed with how it turned out. The zipper on the backpack ended up breaking after just a few days of using it, which basically made the bag useless. You could tell right away that the zipper was poorly put together, and it was really annoying to have wasted my money on something that didn't hold up. I got in touch with customer service about it, and they quickly sorted it out by offering me a refund or a replacement. Even though I was grateful for their fast help, it still sucked to have to deal with such a low-quality product in the first place. I'll definitely be more cautious about buying from this store again.

I wanted a really awesome sweater, so I went online and found this super cool one from a designer brand. I was a bit nervous at first because the store is all the way in Hong Kong, and I live in the States. But I decided to go for it, and it turned out to be totally worth it!
