Hanes - Reviews and experiences

I've noticed that the customer service here lately hasn't been great. Whenever there's a problem with stock or an issue with my order, the staff always seem to struggle to help me out. It's frustrating and leaves me not too happy with how things have been going. Also, I wanted to mention the recent commercial that's been causing some controversy. Personally, I think it's meant to be funny and shouldn't be taken so seriously. No need for all the fuss, if you ask me.

I've been buying things for a while now, but this time some of my socks ended up shrinking and my underwear never arrived. I contacted customer service and spoke to a guy named Jeffrey Hodges. He was great at what he does and resolved everything quickly. I wish there were more people like him!

I bought something a few weeks back and the service I got was terrible. They said the thing I got was in stock but it hasn't been sent out even after almost two weeks. They haven't said anything about the delay and it's really annoying. The only reason they give is blaming covid-19. My 5-year-old niece could have done a better job. No wonder my friends have switched to different brands and tease me for still sticking with this company. Hanes needs to get with the times and improve their service.
