I had a problem with something I bought and reached out to customer service for help. I was really happy with how quickly and professionally they got back to me. The person I talked to listened to me and fixed the issue right away. I was grateful that they gave me a refund and sent me a new product. The customer service was top-notch and went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for sorting this out for me.

I bought three bras from this company for $47.48 but they didn't fit right, so I had to send them back. It was a pain because I had to pay for the return shipping and it's taking forever to get my money back. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.

The customer service at this place is just awful. Their return policy is a joke, taking 3 weeks to process returns which is totally out of touch. When I called to ask about my return, they couldn't even tell me when they got it. I had to use my USPS tracking number to find out. Every time I called for an update, all they said was "wait three weeks." No other information, no hint of when they got my item, just a cold response to wait. This lack of care and communication is not okay.
