It's been two weeks since I ordered, and my package still hasn't shown up. And when I tried to get help from their customer service team, it was a total disaster. It's like talking to a brick wall - they just ignore everything I say in my emails. This lack of communication and help is just not okay with me, so I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.
