PriceThe company doesn't offer free shipping, which sucks. The selection on the website is pretty limited, and only some stuff is available, which can be annoying for customers. Including white undies in the bigger packs is kinda pointless and not really what most customers want. It also seems like the company and its retailers aren't talking enough, especially about having the right sizes in stock. All in all, the whole experience wasn't great.
