Expensive hair care products
Despite my first good impressions with the hair care products from this company, I ended up deciding to stop buying from them because their values changed and no longer matched mine. The products did make my hair better, but I thought they were too expensive. I found out there are lots of other options out there that work just as well, if not better, and cost less. It's disappointing to see a company focus more on being politically correct than on having good quality and reasonable prices.
2-in-1 hair product purchase
The 2-in-1 hair product is alright, but my hair ends up feeling dry so I still need to use a conditioner on top of it. It doesn't really work as a 2-in-1 like they claim. Plus, for the price they're asking, I was hoping for better results and I'm kind of disappointed. Maybe I should try a different type to see what works better for my hair.
But my biggest issue is with their customer service. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times about a missing delivery, but I haven't heard back at all. Not even a simple acknowledgement of my concern. That lack of communication is not cool, especially when you consider how much the product costs. In the end, the product is fine, but their customer service is seriously lacking.New Wash and Dress Up product
I just picked up the New Wash and Dress Up products from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how good they are. The New Wash has done wonders for my hair, and the Dress Up product gives great heat protection and styling benefits. But man, the prices are a bit high, which might turn some people off.
