I’d used the thing. So, used equals no return. I tried to argue that you kinda have to run a machine to know if it works, and I got a lot of sympathetic-sounding lines but zero useful options.
Delivery itself was fine — it showed up when they said it would — but their support for a dud product? Not good. I’m disappointed because I wanted to avoid shovelling and hoped past good buys meant they’d stand behind their stuff. In the end, I’m left with a snowblower that can’t handle Canadian wet snow and nowhere to turn. Frustrating.
