over 30 days means no swap. I get policies, but it felt rigid and kind of pointless given it was a clear mismatch, not damage or wear. Now I've got a $130-ish attachment sitting in my garage I can't use. So yeah, delivery and product quality were fine, but the returns/service side left me disappointed. I told the buddy who tipped me about it; he was annoyed too. Might still work out somehow, but not the smooth experience I hoped for.

I’d used the thing. So, used equals no return. I tried to argue that you kinda have to run a machine to know if it works, and I got a lot of sympathetic-sounding lines but zero useful options.
Delivery itself was fine — it showed up when they said it would — but their support for a dud product? Not good. I’m disappointed because I wanted to avoid shovelling and hoped past good buys meant they’d stand behind their stuff. In the end, I’m left with a snowblower that can’t handle Canadian wet snow and nowhere to turn. Frustrating.
