I bought 2 blankets on November 8th
So I ordered these blankets on November 8th and I was really excited because I had ordered from them before and it was a good experience. But this time, I never received the blankets! I sent them an email on the 17th because I hadn't heard anything, and they replied the next day telling me to be patient and that they would send it. But then on November 21st, I received an email saying it was dispatched, but something felt off. It had one name at first and then changed to another - really suspicious! So I asked for a tracking number on the 30th, but they never got back to me. I even mentioned that I would open a PayPal case on December 7th and still no response! I never ended up getting my blankets, which were supposed to be Christmas gifts. So disappointing.
Weighted Blanket
I bought a weighted blanket as a gift not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten it. It's been 5 weeks since I ordered it and I haven't heard anything about it arriving. I've tried emailing the company, but they haven't responded in two weeks now. It's really frustrating as a customer to not hear back and have such a long wait for my order. It's not a great look for their customer service when they don't keep in touch like this.
