Gravity Blankets - Reviews and experiences

I ordered a Gravity Blanket two months ago and still haven't gotten it. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I never heard back. I'd recommend avoiding this company.

I'm really unhappy with the service I got from this company. I placed an order weeks ago, but my package still hasn't shown up. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's not cool to leave me hanging like this. I thought I could rely on this website to deliver my order on time, but it's let me down. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone because they don't seem to be very reliable.

I bought a weighted blanket and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it as a gift. The company said it would ship within 3 business days, but that was not true. When I called after a week, they told me the info on their website was wrong and asked me to wait. Eventually, they said my order was ready for the courier, but it never got picked up. I waited a week, but my blanket never arrived so I had to cancel my order. For product quality, I suggest looking at reviews on Trustpilot.com because they seem more real than the ones on the company's site.

I've been waiting for my order since October and still haven't received anything! This morning, I got a strange email from them saying they're still in business, but I don't trust it at all. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here!

So I ordered these blankets on November 8th and I was really excited because I had ordered from them before and it was a good experience. But this time, I never received the blankets! I sent them an email on the 17th because I hadn't heard anything, and they replied the next day telling me to be patient and that they would send it. But then on November 21st, I received an email saying it was dispatched, but something felt off. It had one name at first and then changed to another - really suspicious! So I asked for a tracking number on the 30th, but they never got back to me. I even mentioned that I would open a PayPal case on December 7th and still no response! I never ended up getting my blankets, which were supposed to be Christmas gifts. So disappointing.

I bought a weighted blanket as a gift not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten it. It's been 5 weeks since I ordered it and I haven't heard anything about it arriving. I've tried emailing the company, but they haven't responded in two weeks now. It's really frustrating as a customer to not hear back and have such a long wait for my order. It's not a great look for their customer service when they don't keep in touch like this.
