TrackingI bought two weighted blankets on November 2nd and it was a pretty big deal for me. I tried reaching out to customer service by email but got no response. Feeling frustrated, I sent another email last night. I was shocked to see when I tried to track my order, it led me to a Polish website. Not getting any updates or notifications about my order has made me feel uneasy. Communication is so important for customer trust, and this situation has made me doubt the company's credibility. I'm sharing my bad experience in the hopes that the company will respond and explain the situation.
