Gravity Blankets - Reviews and experiences

I just got a new cover for my blanket from this company, and it was a total letdown. When I opened it up, I saw a big hole in the cover already. I emailed customer service, sent them pics of the damage, and asked for a refund or a new one. But they weren't helpful at all, saying it wasn't their fault and wouldn't give me my money back. Dealing with their unprofessional and dismissive attitude was really annoying, especially when the product was obviously messed up. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them at all.

I recently bought a blanket online, but it didn't meet my expectations. It was lighter than I thought it would be, especially for the price I paid. I decided to return it and get a refund, but I've been trying to get in touch with the company for weeks with no luck. Their website says they respond to inquiries within three business days, but that hasn't been my experience. This lack of customer service is really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you're 100% sure about your purchase. It feels terrible to be ignored when you're trying to sort out a problem with your order.
