I just found out that the company has been sneaking subscription renewal charges onto my credit card without even asking. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but it's like talking to a brick wall with the customer service reps giving me the same canned responses. It honestly feels like I've been ripped off by this company.

I recently had such a frustrating time dealing with a subscription renewal from this company. Even though I tried to cancel my membership, they still ended up charging my new credit card without asking me. It's totally not cool how they're doing this, and I've already made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I'm definitely going to make sure others know about how sketchy this company's practices are.

I just bought the new GoPro camera, the Hero 10, from a store. But, I've been having problems with it freezing after only using it for a few minutes. I contacted the store and showed them a video of the issue, so they agreed to give me a refund. However, when they got in touch with the manufacturer, they said that this was a known problem with these cameras and that I couldn't get a refund. I'm pretty upset about the lack of quality control and the fact that they won't refund me even though there's clear proof that the product is defective.

So, now I'm trying to get a refund through Paypal since the company isn't getting back to me.

I signed up for something, but had a change of heart within 6 hours. They told me no refund, just some mount thing! It's pretty wild coming from such a big company, eh!
