I just found out that the company has been sneaking subscription renewal charges onto my credit card without even asking. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but it's like talking to a brick wall with the customer service reps giving me the same canned responses. It honestly feels like I've been ripped off by this company.

Even though I tried to cancel my membership, they still ended up charging my new credit card without asking me. It's totally not cool how they're doing this, and I've already made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I just bought the new GoPro camera, the Hero 10, from a store. But, I've been having problems with it freezing after only using it for a few minutes. I contacted the store and showed them a video of the issue, so they agreed to give me a refund. However, when they got in touch with the manufacturer, they said that this was a known problem with these cameras and that I couldn't get a refund. I'm pretty upset about the lack of quality control and the fact that they won't refund me even though there's clear proof that the product is defective.

I'm super disappointed with my experience with this company. I cancelled my subscription, but they went ahead and charged me for another year without even giving me a heads up. When I tried to contact them about getting a refund, it was like pulling teeth to actually talk to someone. Their customer service was so bad, and it looks like this sketchy behavior is something they do a lot based on other reviews I've seen. It's so sneaky and just adds to all the other craziness going on. I definitely won't be using their services again.

My experience with this company was super frustrating, eh? After I bought a camera online, I got this email that was kinda sketchy about renewing a subscription and asking for my banking details. Even though I made it clear I didn't want to renew, they still charged my account without asking. When I tried emailing customer service, they told me I had to call to cancel, and I ended up losing $50, eh. The promise of a free accessory didn't make up for how shady and unethical they were in my books. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with them, eh.

I've been having a tough time with the customer service at this company, eh. I tried to get help, and it took forever to get a reply. They told me to talk to a Customer Support person by phone or chat to keep going with my issue. But, no matter what I do, I haven't gotten any more help. So, now I'm trying to get a refund through Paypal since the company isn't getting back to me.
