Deliverypromising product, still hopeful even though delivery and service let me down. I wanted this blanket badly — bad back, long nights — so I ordered and was excited. Email said it was delivered, but I never got it. I reached out, waited three weeks, got no proper answer and then radio silence. Bit frustrated, but hopeful they’ll fix it.

That kind of delivery leaves a bad taste and makes the whole purchase less enjoyable, even though the product is solid.
