I was standing in the kitchen, card in hand, ready to surprise a friend when the whole thing took a wrong turn. The item itself felt solid and looked nice — I was actually glad about that — but the invoice was sent with the gift even though I put a separate billing address on the site. Super awkward and embarrassing for both of us. I reached out for help but got basically no customer service, no real follow-up, nothing. Delivery was otherwise okay and the gift was appreciated, so I’m glad it worked out in the end, but please, check invoices and fix support — double-check before you order a surprise.

Halfway through the return portal I stopped and laughed — only because I couldn’t believe it. The site promises a downloadable return label and says returns cost €5, but no label ever showed up in my email. So I ended up paying postage myself, which felt like being charged twice. They claim it’s for CO2 reasons; weird, since they still ship to Austria and other EU countries. I’ve had companies actually include a prepaid label before, so this felt unfair. I called support, stayed calm, and after a bit they were helpful but not exactly apologetic — they offered a small partial refund on postage, which was better than nothing. Overall I’m skeptical, annoyed, but a bit mollified; just watch the fine print and double-check.
