CheckoutI was standing in the kitchen, card in hand, ready to surprise a friend when the whole thing took a wrong turn. The item itself felt solid and looked nice — I was actually glad about that — but the invoice was sent with the gift even though I put a separate billing address on the site. Super awkward and embarrassing for both of us. I reached out for help but got basically no customer service, no real follow-up, nothing. Delivery was otherwise okay and the gift was appreciated, so I’m glad it worked out in the end, but please, check invoices and fix support — double-check before you order a surprise.
