The penny snafu
ServiceMid-unpacking, hunched over because my sore back wouldn't let me heft boxes, I remembered the small electronics vacuum and filter I’d ordered. It arrived in a couple of days — quick delivery and nothing wrong with the packing. Then a few days later I get billed one tiny penny. One cent. I was like, seriously? Rang customer service, they were calm, explained it was a pre-auth glitch and fixed it right away. Still odd, but delivery and support actually did their job.
