avoid unless you like hunting adapters. I ordered a set that looked fine online, then opened the box and realized the cords are European 220V — useless here. The tools themselves seem solid, nice weight and finish, but I can’t use them without an adapter or converter. I asked for a refund right away. Customer rep was blunt: “You should’ve checked.” They still charged a 25% restock fee for a return they caused by not mentioning voltage. Not a disaster, but annoying. I’ve returned stuff before without drama, so this felt off.
