Returns & Refundsmetal shell, hefty hoses, knobs that didn’t feel cheap. Then the catch: it’s a 230V European unit so I can’t use it here without a transformer, and the listing didn’t mention that. Asked for a refund and they said it was my fault for not checking more and slapped a 25% restock fee. Annoying. Small surprise though — the case and accessories were nicer than I expected. I probably won’t order from them again.
