Global Test Supply - Reviews and experiences

Halfway through unboxing I thought, huh, that picture promised a multi-gas meter. I started it up the same day and it only picked up H2S. Called right away and they said the part number matched but it was shipped as a single-gas unit. They wanted a 25% restocking fee (about $150) and the refund didn’t show up for a while. I re-ordered the right unit that was supposed to arrive in 1–2 weeks, then got told 35 weeks. After a couple of calls they eventually sorted the refund and bumped my order up, so not great but it ended up okay.

After poking around reviews I settled on a Mitutoyo and Global Test Supply had the best price and decent feedback, so I went for it. Shipping was quick — it showed up a couple days later — and the caliper feels solid and smooth. My son’s really happy and I’m glad it worked out. Will buy from them again.
