Deliveryskip them — I wouldn't order again. I ordered a test kit back in June because the site said 2–3 weeks, and that was my first impression: seemed straightforward. Then the dates kept sliding — end of August, then 'will ship by Sept 3' after I asked on Aug 24. I even messaged them and got a reply like 'didn't know you already paid', which was frustrating. Weirdly, PayPal pushed through a refund faster than the company answered, so that was a small surprise. Waste of time, honestly.
