TrackingI ordered a pair of shoes from the site because they looked sharp and I was keen to wear them to work. I got an order number and a tracking link, but no carrier name or real tracking code. The package left Italy and reached Atlanta, then the tracking page showed a hold. I called customer service a few times, sat on hold, and twice the call was cut off. Without the carrier info I couldn't ring anyone locally to sort the hold or arrange pickup. The shoes seem fine from the photos, but the lack of tracking details and the dropped calls made the whole thing a hassle.
