I almost didn’t order because the price was high and I’d read a couple of iffy comments, but I went ahead. Package never reached me; UPS shows it delivered and someone signed (not me). Customer service was short, kept brushing off my emails and never completed the promised UPS follow-up. After back-and-forth I effectively lost about $800. I’ve had better luck with other retailers, so this was a disappointment. They could at least admit mistakes and refund quickly. Annoying and avoidable, honestly.

First thing I noticed was the weight. Solid leather, firm sole, not flimsy at all. Fit was true to size, a bit stiff at first but softened after a week of wear. Stitching is tidy, edges are clean. Smell of leather, not chemical. I’ve had cheaper brands that fell apart, so this felt reassuring. Price is high, sure, but it feels like you’re paying for craft. Happy it didn’t disappoint, glad I went with it.

I ordered what I thought was a simple knit beanie to wear on my commute and for weekend dog walks, but the parcel contained a different cap. I put it on — it was surprisingly comfy and kept my ears warm, so that was a small bonus — but it wasn’t the style or colour I chose. I sent a photo when support asked, waited, got a label days later and shipped it back, then had to call again to learn the site had the wrong picture up and they don’t stock it. Messy, needs better sorting.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the site because they looked sharp and I was keen to wear them to work. I got an order number and a tracking link, but no carrier name or real tracking code. The package left Italy and reached Atlanta, then the tracking page showed a hold. I called customer service a few times, sat on hold, and twice the call was cut off. Without the carrier info I couldn't ring anyone locally to sort the hold or arrange pickup. The shoes seem fine from the photos, but the lack of tracking details and the dropped calls made the whole thing a hassle.

keep your tracking and don’t let it go too long without pushing them. Would be nicer if the whole thing wasn’t so drawn out, but glad it ended alright.

the warehouse sent them to the wrong address, then after I asked Giuseppe to contact DHL they told DHL to bring the parcel back to the warehouse. Fine, okay. They emailed saying they'd issue a refund, but three weeks later there's nothing in my account. I've called over ten times and every rep says "we have refunded" — even after I sent a bank statement proving no funds. They're still insisting it's done. I'm disappointed; the shoes themselves are decent but the aftercare is a mess. I've dealt with other retailers that actually resolve this stuff, so this stands out. I'm reluctantly getting legal advice if this isn't sorted soon. Not what I expected.

great shoes, poor in-store experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location for customer service, but if the item matters more than the interaction, you’ll get the product you want.
