Returns & Refundsthe warehouse sent them to the wrong address, then after I asked Giuseppe to contact DHL they told DHL to bring the parcel back to the warehouse. Fine, okay. They emailed saying they'd issue a refund, but three weeks later there's nothing in my account. I've called over ten times and every rep says "we have refunded" — even after I sent a bank statement proving no funds. They're still insisting it's done. I'm disappointed; the shoes themselves are decent but the aftercare is a mess. I've dealt with other retailers that actually resolve this stuff, so this stands out. I'm reluctantly getting legal advice if this isn't sorted soon. Not what I expected.
