Overall I'm glad it worked out — I had one of their 65ft retractables for three years and bought another for the back yard. The new one stopped locking, I contacted Giraffe Tools and they quickly confirmed the fault and sent a replacement. Price was fair, ordering was easy, service was solid though I was worried.

I hit buy and then facepalmed — ordered two of the same thing. I started using one the next day and liked it right away; then I noticed the extra charge. I messaged them and they sent a return label fast. Refund landed on my card within days and they actually checked back. That’s when I knew I was happy.

I almost didn't buy this pressure washer — kept thinking it would be flimsy and a hassle to get fixed. It arrived and did an awesome job on the driveway and the car right away, but the hose drum jammed after a couple uses. I hesitated, emailed support with videos, kind of braced for the usual runaround. To my surprise they walked me through a few checks, then just sent a replacement unit when it was clear. Using it daily around the house, no complaints.
