ProductOverall it does the job, just not flawless. I grabbed this after a neighbour showed theirs, so I expected smooth setup. The instructions were oddly ordered — no need to hook the hose before assembly, which caused wasted time. Also the external brass fittings leaked at first; after I sent photos the company promptly shipped a replacement. It's sturdy and works well now, but it took patience.

The Giraffe retractable hose has become my go-to for watering the garden and rinsing the truck; it retracts cleanly and doesn't tangle like old hoses did. I did need after-sales help once — spoke with Doris — and she actually fixed the little bracket issue quick, no fuss. I still roll my eyes a bit, but mostly I'm pleased.
