I'm really disappointed with the coat I bought from your store recently. The box it came in was all beat up from the courier, and the coat itself wasn't even wrapped up properly in protective paper. I had high hopes for my order since I made two separate ones, trusting in your brand's reputation. Unfortunately, both items have the same problem. On top of that, I can't get through to your customer service team because they don't answer my calls outside of work hours, even though I'm calling during the specified time. I spent a lot of money on these products, and I'm not about to let this issue slide.

I recently picked up a pantsuit from this shop and, all in all, it was a pretty good experience. Ordering it was a breeze and I liked that they kept me in the loop about my order. However, there was a bit of a hiccup with customs which caused a delay in getting my hands on it. Even with that bump in the road, I was able to get a refund without any trouble which I appreciated. The staff were nice and helpful, though I did think the price was a tad high for what I got. The delivery ended up being delayed because of the customs issue, but once that was sorted out, it got to me in good shape.

I ordered a couple of things and got hit with extra charges by UPS, but the folks at Filippa K were really great about it and refunded me. Then UPS thought they lost my package, turns out it was just held up at the border. The clothes are top-notch and the customer service is amazing, but the delivery can be a little tricky at times.
