I'm not an e-bike expert, but I've been riding for years and did some research. Fiido really impressed me with the quality of its materials and build.

The ordering part went fine, but once there were problems with the delivery, the service totally tanked. I went through a bunch of failed delivery attempts, and the company was super slow in getting me my refund. It wasn't until I left a bad review that they finally did something about it. The lack of communication and transparency during all of this was just plain frustrating and uncool.

The bike was super comfy to ride, eh, and those shocks handled all the bumps like a champ. Just spent a couple weeks biking around Mackinac Island, eh, and gotta say, it was a blast. Not a huge biking fan myself, but had a great time pedaling around and checking out the scenery, eh. Can't wait for my next trip with this bike, it's been a solid and fun ride, eh.
