Electric bike purchase
My experience with the customer service at this company has been really bad. I told them about a safety problem with the bike lock while I was using the electric bike, and I got hurt. Instead of fixing the problem right away, the after-sale team wasn't very professional. They just said to give the bike to friends or family. I kept asking for a return, but they kept making excuses and delaying. It made me feel really frustrated and ignored. They haven't been good at communicating, ignoring my emails and not answering my calls to their customer service.
Electric bike purchase
I bought an electric bike not too long ago and it's been a real letdown. The quality of the product is just terrible, with so many design issues that have caused a bunch of problems in just two months. Dealing with customer service has been a headache too - they take forever to respond and can't seem to figure out the problems. On top of that, the service department has been doing things illegally and giving us invoices that don't match what we agreed on. Shipping has been a mess too, making the whole situation even more frustrating. We haven't had any privacy and the company isn't taking any responsibility for their mistakes. Basically, we feel ripped off and let down by this whole experience.

I ordered a bike from that store on May 1st, but it's been over three weeks and still haven't heard anything from them. It's really frustrating when you have no idea if the bike you bought is even in stock or not. You only find out about the availability after you've made the purchase. Not cool, eh!

E-bike purchase
As someone who just bought an e-bike, I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by how things went with this company. The ordering part went fine, but once there were problems with the delivery, the service totally tanked. I went through a bunch of failed delivery attempts, and the company was super slow in getting me my refund. It wasn't until I left a bad review that they finally did something about it. The lack of communication and transparency during all of this was just plain frustrating and uncool.
Comfortable bike with good shock absorption
The bike was super comfy to ride, eh, and those shocks handled all the bumps like a champ. Just spent a couple weeks biking around Mackinac Island, eh, and gotta say, it was a blast. Not a huge biking fan myself, but had a great time pedaling around and checking out the scenery, eh. Can't wait for my next trip with this bike, it's been a solid and fun ride, eh.
