Returns & RefundsMy experience buying an e-bike from that company was pretty disappointing. The bike I got was way smaller than I thought it would be, and the paint was already starting to chip off. When I wanted to return it, the customer service folks gave me a hard time. It took forever for them to come pick up the bike, and now I'm still waiting for my refund. Not cool at all.

It looked so cool on the website, but I was let down when I realized the 30-day money-back guarantee wasn't as flexible as I thought. They said the bike had to be unused and still in the original packaging to get a refund. How am I supposed to know if I like it if I can't even take it for a spin?
