TrackingI ordered some filters online and was expecting them to be delivered by a certain date. After a few days went by with no sign of them, I decided to check in. That's when I got an email saying the label for my shipment was made and the filters were on their way. But after waiting an extra 8 days, they still hadn't shown up. I contacted customer service again, only to be told my package was lost. I checked the FedEx tracking myself and saw the package never actually left the warehouse. It was really frustrating to learn they had just made a label to make it seem like they were sending something, but nothing had actually been shipped. If I had known about these issues earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to order from them. It turned out to be a waste of my time, and now I'm wondering if I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
