I bought some air filters from this company not too long ago, and I was expecting them to arrive pretty quickly based on what their website said about processing times. But it's been more than a week now since I placed my order and I still haven't heard anything about where it's at. I tried reaching out to Customer Support, but I didn't get a good explanation or any help with the delay. This whole situation has been really frustrating, and I've decided that I won't be ordering from them again after this.

2. I had a really bad experience with this company. I paid for my order and then waited forever for any updates or a tracking number, but I heard nothing. I ended up having to call them a week later and found out they hadn't even started shipping my order. It took them another eight days to finally send it out. And then it took another six days for me to actually get the product I had already paid for. The lack of communication, customer service, and speed was just not okay.

Oh my goodness, you won't believe it, but I am just so done with this company! I ordered some filters online (don't ask me where) and now I am getting emails non-stop. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times but they just keep popping up like a never-ending cycle. If you don't want your inbox overflowing with emails, stay away from this place!

I was getting real frustrated, so I tried contacting them through their website form, but no luck there either. I even called and left a message after hours, but still didn't hear back. It took me calling again two days later to finally get through to a customer service rep who started sorting out my order. Despite all the delays and lack of communication, they did eventually process and ship my order within a couple of business days.
