Factory Direct Filters - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this company was not great at all. It was hard to get a hold of them by phone, and when I finally did, the customer service was not very good. Their website didn't have order tracking, so I had no idea where my order was. Also, the owner stopped allowing reviews on their site because of bad feedback, which says a lot about them. I waited a long time for my filters and ended up buying them from somewhere else. I would recommend avoiding this company if you want your filters on time.

The customer service at this place is just terrible. They sent me the wrong filter and then kept me waiting for weeks without giving me a proper solution. First, they blamed it on some IT problem, then they asked me to take pictures of the wrong filter, only to say it was now in the hands of their supervisor. The supervisor seemed more interested in getting the wrong filter back than in sending me the right one. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the filter, and I still haven't received a replacement. I keep trying to get updates, but they are not responding. I would suggest going somewhere else for your filter needs.

Don't bother dealing with this company if you care about good customer service. I placed an order for air filters in June and I heard nothing from them for weeks, despite trying to reach out to them multiple times by phone and email. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel my payment that they miraculously managed to ship my order within a week. Their lack of communication and responsiveness is terrible, and their customer service is seriously lacking. Even when I finally got my order, the way they handled my original concerns was disappointing. Be careful when dealing with this company.
