DeliverySo, I ordered some air filters and I was really looking forward to getting them. But, oh man, it took forever for them to process and ship my order. I even had to threaten to cancel it just to get them to finally finish it because they totally ignored their promised time limit. It's like they don't care about keeping their word or giving good customer service. Ugh, it's so disappointing!

DeliveryI ordered some filters on July 21st, 2020, and now it's already August 19th, but I still haven't gotten them. They took the money from my bank on July 22nd. Every time I contact customer service, they just keep giving me canned responses and asking me to wait five days. It's pretty frustrating because my first order went smoothly. Blaming the slow shipping on Covid-19 doesn't really cut it for me.
