I've been shopping at this store for a while now and I've always had awesome service. The stuff I buy is always top quality, and I've never been let down. But, there's one big thing that bugs me - my Rewards Points. I've gathered a good amount of points as a loyal customer, only to discover that they end up expiring. It's really frustrating, especially when there's not much info on how to actually use these points for my purchases. It feels like a real waste of time and energy to earn these points when I can't even use them.
