Hey there! As someone who shops here regularly, I've noticed a few things that could use some tweaking. Firstly, I think customers should have more say in how they use their VIP credit. It can be annoying when the system decides for you without considering your preferences. I mean, why use it on something cheap when you could save it for a bigger purchase, right? Customers should feel like they're in control, especially when it comes to spending their own money.

Another thing that could be better is the exchange policy. It would be awesome if customers had more flexibility when it comes to exchanges. Right now, if your size is sold out, you can't exchange it for the same item in a different color. This can be super frustrating for folks just trying to make a simple exchange. Making the exchange policy more flexible would definitely improve the shopping experience.

These are just a few areas that could be looked at to make things better for customers and make their shopping experience even more awesome.

I gotta tell ya, I bought some leggings and a sports bra from this company recently, and man, it's been a total nightmare. I wasn't happy with how they fit, so I decided to return them. But ever since then, it's been problem after problem. It's been two whole months and I still haven't gotten my refund. Customer service has been zero help, saying they can't find the package and that it's still being processed. But get this, I did some digging and turns out the package was delivered to them two months ago. Canada Post confirmed it and even got a signature from the person who got it at the company. It just doesn't sit right with me that a big company would act so shady and dishonest.
