ServiceI really liked the stuff I bought from this brand, but I was bummed to find out that my credits expire. It sucks that I can't use all the rewards I earned from my purchases. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they couldn't help me out. So, I've decided to cancel my account after I get my current order. It's a shame to have to break up with this brand because of their inflexible credit system.

So, I was on the website and I didn't actually intend to buy more credits, but I clicked on it by mistake and suddenly I had extra credits! Thankfully, I called in and the person on the phone was really nice and canceled it for me.
Plus, the website is super user-friendly, I'm totally loving it!
