CommunicationI recently ordered some shoes on April 23rd, and I had them sent to my address in EU Amsterdam. But I gotta say, my experience with your brand was really disappointing. I only got a text message confirming my order because there were some technical problems with the email system. I waited two weeks, and then when I tried to check on my order through the chat system, all it said was that there was no record of it. Now I'm not sure what's going on with my order, and I'm thinking about getting a refund from my credit card company. I'm pretty unhappy with how your company hasn't been very good about keeping me in the loop. I'm not too sure if I'll be buying from you again in the future.
