CheckoutThis was my first time shopping at this store and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare! Ever since I hit 'checkout,' things have been going downhill. I thought I scored a great deal on an outfit, but turns out my order didn't go through even though the money was taken from my account. When I reached out to customer service, they just told me to reorder and wait for a refund. Well, I did that and woke up to not just the two new charges, but also some random fee called a back order charge. It was over half the price of the initial order and I had no clue about it! The customer service was so unhelpful, telling me I should have known about the charge. Like, how was I supposed to know if I wasn't given any info? I'm definitely disputing the charges and sending the items back. This store's shady moves and lack of care for customers has really put me off, I won't be shopping here again.
