CheckoutI just tried to buy something online and had such a frustrating experience on the website. Even though I put in my right address, the system kept saying it was wrong and offered up totally random ones instead. When I called customer service, they switched me to a rep who only spoke English and said the person who spoke Italian was busy before hanging up on me. So in the end, I had to give up and buy the item from a different website to save myself from more headaches.
