Dufresne - Reviews and experiences

I bought some furniture from this shop that's really nice and good quality, looks amazing in my place. But, gotta say, the customer service wasn't the greatest. The salesperson seemed more concerned about selling stuff than actually helping me pick the right pieces for my home. Was kinda annoyed by their lack of product knowledge and how long it took to get some help. On the bright side, the delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect shape.

This place is such a joke, eh. I went in looking for a new sofa and ended up waiting forever for someone to even say hi to me. The sales staff were more interested in chatting with each other than helping me out. When I finally did get some help, it was honestly not the greatest. The prices were way too high for what they were selling. And let me tell you, the delivery process was a disaster - it took forever for my sofa to show up, and when it did, it was all messed up! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
