My experience with that online clothing purchase was so disappointing. It took like 6 weeks for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the quality was just terrible. The materials were cheap and made my skin itch every time I put them on. And then, to top it all off, I got hit with an unexpected invoice for import tax from the delivery company. When I tried to sort it out with customer service, they wouldn't give me a refund because they said it was in their terms and conditions. It made me feel so frustrated that they wouldn't take any responsibility. I felt like I got totally ripped off and tricked. Honestly, I would not suggest buying from that online store.

So, I bought 6 things from this store, and sadly, 4 of them weren't that great. The other 2 were alright, but not really worth the money. I tried to get my money back, but man, it was a total hassle. They said they'd give me all my cash back, but when it finally came through, it was way less. And when I asked for an explanation, they straight up ignored me. Dealing with a company that doesn't give a darn about its customers is just frustrating.

As a customer of this company, I just want to give a heads up to others before they make a purchase. I bought some clothing sets for my wife, but the sizes were all wrong. The tops were too small, and the website didn't mention that their sizes are smaller than regular US sizes. When I contacted customer service about returning them, I was surprised by their response. They only wanted to refund a small portion of the purchase price and told me to just keep the items, even though one of them had a defect. The quality of the items was not good, they didn't look like they did on the website at all. Overall, I was really let down by my experience with this company and I wouldn't suggest shopping here to anyone.
