Oh my goodness, I ordered this really cute top online and they sent it to the wrong address! Can you believe that? And now they're saying they can't fix it! What am I supposed to do now? I'm so bummed, I really wanted that top and now I'm out $38! Ugh, this is so annoying.

So, yeah, I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from this website but they haven't even shown up yet! I'm really mad because it's my first time buying from here and now I'm regretting it so much. I should have checked for reviews first, but I didn't and now I'm stuck with no dresses for my bridesmaids! I tried emailing them and tracking my order, but nothing is working. And you know what? The email address has a picture of an Asian man instead of the website logo! Super sketchy, right? I've already reported this as fraud to my credit card company and I want my money back ASAP! Ugh, this website is seriously the worst!

So, I bought something online and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. But after waiting for 2 months, I was super disappointed. There were no updates on my order or info about the courier, so I had no idea where my stuff was. Turns out the shipping company they used has some sketchy ways of doing things - they say they deliver stuff even though they haven't. It's just not cool to trick people like that. I felt totally scammed and ripped off in the end, super frustrated.

I bought something that was supposed to come in 9-12 days, but it's been 23 days and still no sign of it being sent out. Trying to get in touch with the company was a struggle because the only way to reach them was by submitting a ticket. I gave them all the info they needed, but they just brushed me off saying my order number was wrong. It's really frustrating and uncool how they're not being clear or communicative about what's going on.

I just put in an order for three things worth more than $100, but was really let down when I found out the package got sent to the wrong address. When I told customer service about the mix-up, they weren't helpful at all and didn't even say sorry. They didn't take responsibility and wouldn't give me a refund or send out new items to replace the ones I never got. It was so frustrating. Now I'm feeling unhappy and not keen on shopping with this company again.

I had the worst time with this company. They totally screwed up my order by sending it to the wrong province, even though I gave them the right address from the start. I tried to fix the problem by reaching out to customer service and showing them proof of their error, but they were not helpful at all. They just kept saying they couldn't do anything to make it right. Dealing with their carelessness and refusal to take responsibility was so irritating. I am definitely not going to buy from them again.

So I ordered this dress back in November and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. They didn't give me any updates on whether the dress was even available, and when I tried to change my order, it was shipped out anyways. It's been well over a month since December 13th and my order is still stuck in clearance limbo. I reached out to the delivery company and they told me that it really shouldn't take this long. I honestly feel like I've been ripped off and I highly doubt I'll ever see my money again. I work in customer service myself, so I really should have read the reviews before making a purchase. This whole situation is just shameful, they're totally taking advantage of us customers.
