Draper James - Reviews and experiences

I messed up my address when ordering, and by the time I tried to fix it, they already billed me and sent the stuff. I've been trying to reach out to customer service, but no luck sorting this out.

This company is a complete nightmare to deal with, eh? The customer service is terrible - no help at all when my package didn't show up, just told me to 'contact the post office'. I emailed multiple times and even tried asking for help on social media, but got no reply. It's obvious they don't give a hoot about their customers or their happiness. It's really too bad to see such a lack of accountability and responsibility from a company that's supposed to be reputable, eh? Save your loonies and shop somewhere else, that's my advice.
